Stress
Some people get really stressed out, while others hardly ever seem to notice stress. But everyone suffers from stress to some level. There are lots of things that you can do to cope with stress. Things that work for one person might not work for another. You have to find what helps you cope. The list below is some of the things TNT leaders do to cope with stress. You might find some ideas useful. Do something you wouldn't normally do Do some exercise Listen to some relaxing music Do hard jobs before the easy ones Pray Say 'no' to things you can't do Look for little ways to help other people Talk to yourself Don't compete with others Smile Have a relaxing bath or shower |
